Welcome to my website!
I’m going to skip right over the awkwardness involved in having a website, which just feels a bit strange, and instead focus on how giddy I am about having a creative space to attempt to organize my thoughts. Because, truth is, I’d go absolutely nuts if I didn’t have a writing outlet.
So, here we are.
The blog posts are in three categories:
The Knackered Truth will be about our New Zealand life, travel and mum stories from living abroad.
The Random category is just that. I plan on adding posts that are social commentary, maybe some guest posts from other writers, products I like, or websites/organizations worth sharing, and lovely nerd-based writing stuff. I’d love to help promote other artists. If you’ve any poetry, videos, link to your work that you’d like to have out there in the online world, let me know!
Finally, Where’s Joe Wellington is the blog I began two years ago while searching for a long-lost Kiwi mate. The story is still online at www.whereisjoewellington.blogspot.com if you’re keen to catch up. But under this category, I’ll only feature a few of my favorite posts from the two years I kept that blog running.
